Through practical problem-solving and deep shop-floor expertise, he led expansion into advanced CNC & VMC machining, heavy fabrication, IBR-approved welding, laser cutting, and complete system manufacturing. The company has delivered 500+ products, solved 1,000+ engineering challenges, served critical sectors, and achieved major milestones—including in-house ventilator development during COVID—driving sustained, quality-focused growth to multi-crore production capacity.
